Vicson Security Group is a Limited Liability Corporation that was established in 2010.
Founded by two law enforcement officers, we concentrate on providing confidential, dependable and reliable service to our clients. As active law enforcement officers, we thrive on attention to details, along with an ‘ear to the ground’ for improving our position to better serve our clients.
We maintain a quality workforce of armed, off duty officers from various law enforcement agencies from across the region. Our officers treat people cordially and respectfully, yet adhere to privacy and security policies/protocols that the client establishes.
The organization of our personnel allows us the flexibility to provide security at all hours of the clock.
Supervisory staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At Vicson Security Group, our number one priority is the protection of all individuals in your facility, or place of business.

Meet the Team
David Wilson
David Wilson has dedicated over 28 years to law enforcement and more than 22 years to private security services throughout the Chicagoland area. His background includes leadership roles, professional security operations, and self-defense expertise.
Cedric Bailey
Cedric Bailey is a retired Chicago Police Department Detective with 26 years of service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. His career includes experience in counterterrorism training and the Special Victims Unit. Cedric is also a self-defense expert, trained in Taekwondo, Karate, and Judo, and is dedicated to promoting safety, discipline, and personal protection within the community.r each team member. Ronald Banovic
Ronald Banovic is a retired Lieutenant of the Cook County Sheriff’s Department with 30 years of distinguished service in law enforcement. Throughout his career, he held leadership roles focused on operations, supervision, and public safety. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in American History and English and brings extensive experience in the private security sector. His background reflects a strong commitment to professionalism, accountability, and community protection
